YouTube Growth Systems ("YGS", "we", "us") is a brand of Blackwater Outdoor Journeys LC, a Georgia limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how you get rid of it.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
YGS uses YouTube API Services and other Google APIs to read the channel data you connect. By using the service you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Limited Use commitment. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Concretely, that means data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide the features you asked for. It is never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train generalized artificial-intelligence models, and never read by a human except where you have explicitly asked for support, where it is necessary for security purposes, or where the law requires it.
You can disconnect your Google or YouTube account at any time from Settings inside the app, or directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops all further API reads immediately. Data already stored in your account is deleted on the schedule in section 6, or immediately on request.

Some features send your content to third-party AI providers to generate results — for example, drafting titles, writing scripts, scoring thumbnails, or producing an audit. Only the content needed for the specific task is sent.
We do not use your content to train our own models, and we do not permit our AI providers to train their models on it. Data obtained from Google APIs is never sent for model training under any circumstances.

We use a small number of vendors to run the service. Each receives only what it needs:
We will disclose data if legally compelled. If the business is ever sold or transferred, your data may transfer with it, and you will be told before that happens.
Whatever jurisdiction you're in, we'll honour these:

Data is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form. Credentials and API tokens are held in encrypted storage. Access to production systems is limited to the operator of the business.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you.
YGS is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we'll delete it.
The service is operated from the United States and your data is processed there. If you're in the EEA, UK, or another region with data-transfer rules, using the service means you accept that transfer.
If we change this policy materially, we'll update the date at the top and email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
